ISAIAH 18 GIFTS OF MOUNT ZION: GOD’S END TIME BLUE PRINT FOR BRINGING IN THE GLOBAL HARVEST
This is God’s
commentary on Isaiah Chapter 18. Hidden
in it is God’s Blue Print for bringing in the Global Harvest at this End Time. I have written this commentary based on
two premises:
1. When
I read scriptures and it speak of nations or peoples like Lud, Put, Egypt
(Mizrain), Libya (Cyrene), and Ethiopia (Cush) I know it is referring to Africa
and Africans or Blacks of the world. In this light, over time I have studied
and meditated on these scriptures thoroughly. Isaiah 18, 19, 20 are some examples of such
scriptures.
2. I
have had two visions from the Lord in which the Lord told me or revealed to me
that:
(i)
Isaiah Chapter 18
speaks of Nigeria and her destiny from God.
(ii)
And that Isaiah Chapter
18 speaks also of a man of God, an Evangelist, a Prophet and a Teacher also
from Nigeria. Please read Psalms 68: 31 – 33 and Zephaniah 3: 9 – 10 for more
insight on Africa’s destiny. You can also request for my free E-books: Nigeria
in Bible Prophecy: A Nation handed the Kingdom of God and Africa
in Bible Prophecy: the Role of Blacks in the Gospel of the Kingdom of God.
Isaiah Chapter 18 is
loaded with allegories, symbols and mysteries. When the prophecy was initially
given and for hundreds of years it remained a mystery but now the mystery has
been unraveled. When
the prophecy was given to Isaiah, Nigeria as a people or Nation was still in
the loin of Ethiopia or Egypt as Africa was then known. This prophecy is messianic
and speaks of the End Time and the close of this present Age. This
prophecy speaks of the greatest work of God to be done on earth in a short time
since the Church Age began before the return of Jesus Christ. If anybody who is
important or worth his salt in the Kingdom of God on earth then he or she
should pay a close and serious attention to the prophecy in Isaiah Chapter 18
and the country Nigeria and also
look out for the Man of God whom God
has designated as a personification of Isaiah Chapter 18. I write by
revelation. Please open your Bible to Isaiah Chapter 18 now and let’s look at
the verses one by one slowly and meditatively.
ISAIAH CHAPTER 18 (RSV)
·
Verse
1
o When
Isaiah gave this prophecy in Israel, Ethiopia was down south of the land of Canaan
or Palestine.
o “Beyond the
rivers of Ethiopia” means deep into the
heartland of the African continent
o A
“land of whirring wings” means a land
of an active, a travelling people.
The word whirring means a constant sound from a continuous movement of a machine or wings of a bird.

o “Which sends Ambassadors
by the Nile, in vessels of papyrus upon the waters!”
This is purely a symbolical language. This means the massive and regular sending off of Ambassadors, that is, Ministers of God, bearers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

o “In vessels of
papyrus upon the waters.” This refers to
transportation of these Ambassadors to the Nations. Waters or sea in the Bible
is a symbol of many peoples.
o “Go you swift messengers
to a nation, tall and smooth, to a people feared near and far, a nation might
and conquering, whose land the rivers divide.”
These lines speak of the black Africa people receiving help from the Angels of
God as they do the work of God (Heb. 1: 14, Matt. 13: 30, 39).
The last two lines qualify
and give the identity of the country in reference. Because of the Boldness,
Resilience, Intelligence and strong character of Nigerians wherever they go,
others can’t help but to acknowledge and reckon with them.
Nigeria is Africa‘s giant
and a mighty and conquering nation, in the sense of her size, population,
resources, achievements and accomplishments – which is actually her edge and
blessing. It is the only country in Africa whose land the Rivers Niger and
Benue divide equally and form a confluence in the city of Lokoja.
The Y symbol on Nigeria‘s Coat of Arms, a national insignia represent these rivers and the dividing of the country.

Verse
3
o “All you
inhabitants of the world, you who dwell on earth, when a signal is raised on
the mountains, look! When a trumpet is blown, hear!”
This means a message will go forth or an event, physical or spiritual will
occur that will signal the beginning of this massive and compelling work of
salvation among the nations.
o “Raised on the
mountains” refers to the Church or
the presence of God among His people.
·
Verse
4
o This
means the sovereign Lord who declares the end from the beginning, who rules in the
affairs of men and who orchestrates all things will behold the earth from His
dwelling in heaven as His will is executed with no one, no power, no force or
spirit stopping or hindering it.

o Before
Harvest comes blossoming and after Blossoming comes harvest.
Harvest denotes gathering in. In the Bible Harvest means the salvation of souls or snatching away or Rapture of the Righteous or Saints and also the collecting of Evil ones for punishment (please see: Matt 13: 30, 37 – 39; 25: 31 – 33; 24: 30 – 31, Rev. 14: 14 – 16).

o Blossoming
refers to Revival and Awakening and a readying of a people for God.
For the Blossoming must come to a conclusion for the Harvest to occur because the flower has become a ripening grape.

o Then
the Church of God would have been ripe for plucking when God will say to her “come up hither.” Hallelujah!
o “He will cut off
the shoots with pruning hooks, and the spreading branches he will hew away.”
This means all pretenders, hypocrites, the unfaithful, infiltrators, and children of Satan among the blossoming will be removed by God (please see: Matt. 13: 27 – 30, 40 – 42; 25: 31 – 33, Rev. 14: 17 – 20).

·
Verse
6
o This
means the “cut off the shoots” and
the “spreading branches hewn away”
will be lost forever and will become preys of the curse of God. A determination
for those who reject Jesus Christ and disobey or are unfaithful to God.
·
Verse
7
o This
means Gifts, that is, saved and sanctified souls will be brought to the LORD of
Host to Mount Zion, that is, the everlasting presence and Church of God (Heb.
12: 22 – 24). These great feats will be inspired and carried out in the world
by majorly the activities and effort of the “people
tall and smooth, from a people feared near and far, a nation mighty and
conquering, whose land the rivers divided.” And that nation is Nigeria and
the people are called Nigerians.
Conclusion:
Whoever
has eyes and ears let him see and hear what the Spirit is doing and saying.
